Job Summary The Chief Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality services, ensuring excellent customer experience, and managing operations efficiently. They lead teams, optimize service quality, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining operational profitability. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Develop and implement hospitality policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences. Supervise, train, and motivate hospitality staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service. Establish and maintain operational excellence across hospitality departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and event management. Guest Experience & Service Quality Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded. Monitor guest feedback and address complaints or service issues promptly. Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Operations & Financial Management Oversee budget planning, cost control, and revenue optimization. Monitor performance metrics such as occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal hospitality regulations. Marketing & Business Development Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance the organization’s hospitality offerings. Implement innovative hospitality trends to stay competitive in the market. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality management role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in customer service, budgeting, and hospitality technology. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve issues efficiently.
